The right people. The right setting.

The Elite Club architectural concept

A members-only landmark · Project vision

The right people. The right setting.

Some of the most useful conversations happen away from a formal meeting. The Elite Club is conceived as a place for those moments: a shared table, a quiet library, a lounge after work or an evening that brings the right people together.

Planned as a landmark within The Elite District, the club combines the needs of a modern private community. Business facilities sit alongside dining, wellness, culture and leisure, so membership can become part of everyday life.

The architectural proposal describes a 20-storey setting with more than 100,000 square feet of interiors and elevated spaces. The point of that scale is choice: room to work, to host, to recover and to enjoy company, without the experience feeling anonymous.

Inside Elite Club

What makes
it work.

A private social and hospitality destination conceived around considered spaces, meaningful connection and a more personal kind of service.

05

A private cinema, billiards room and grand ballroom extend the programme from small gatherings to larger occasions.

The perspective

01

The atmosphere

A place that feels personal.

The interiors take their cues from classical hospitality: a clear sense of arrival, warm materials, generous proportions and rooms with their own character. The intention is composure, not spectacle at every turn.

A private club succeeds when its members feel at ease. That means planning for quiet moments as carefully as larger occasions, and allowing the experience to adapt to different reasons for being there.

02

The membership

Connection with some depth.

The club is intended for residents and a considered membership community. The social idea is straightforward: thoughtful spaces and shared interests make good conversations more likely.

Dining, wellness, business and cultural experiences create several points of connection. A member may arrive for a meeting and return with friends, bringing continuity to a relationship that began in a different setting.

03

Part of a place

The social heart of The Elite District.

The Elite Club has its own identity, but its role within the district is important. It adds hospitality and a sense of community to the residential offer, creating a destination close to home.

The concept brings these experiences together within a single address. Membership, service and opening details will be introduced through the club as its plans take shape.

The ambition

A private address becomes meaningful through the people who make it their own.
